Pyramid is a family owned and operated
business. We are professional and we are certified ICCF Installers. We have worked on Commercial projects, however mostly work on
Residential because the demand is greater for this product in Residential. Until 2001 no one had a specialty license for installation. We
were the first. I personally owned a Development Co. in Chicago for 20 years before relocating here. I have built Commercial
and Residential CMU buildings in Chicago and have the experience and knowledge to install all these products and all ICF / ICCF products
We are diligent and have the experience to build these types of buildings with ease. We are always in touch with the other trades
so that there are no surprises as the building process progresses. We think ahead and are experienced in the process to make the project
go smoothly. I am personally involved from the footings to the roof. It is imperative that the installation company is in contact
with the other trades and contractors to insure your home is built correctly and on a timely manner.
I personally live in an I.C.C.F.
block home and would never consider conventional framing or brick ever again. Once the shell is up the rest is easy.
